Things to know about your consultation:
Consultations are available to be scheduled from Monday-Friday from 11am to 3pm EST.
The consultation is a total of 30 minutes so please have your questions ready beforehand to make
full use of the time.
You can ask any questions you have about hairpieces, from general ones to whether a hairpiece
suits you, how the process works or queries about your already-purchased products.
If you are using the consultation to discuss a product you’ve purchased from us, please base your
review of the consultation on the professional consultant advising you and not the product.
If you do not schedule your consultation within 2 weeks after making your purchase, the order will
be cancelled, and you will be refunded directly.
The Consultation fee of $40.00 will be credited towards a purchase of a Hair Replacement piece Toupee, Wig or Hair Topper if order is placed with in 2 weeks of consultation.
